Adam, a proud Lower Mainland native, discovered his talent for sales early on while working in retail, selling skis during high school. He began his real estate journey as a teenager, helping out by stuffing envelopes. After graduating from BCIT with a Marketing Management degree, Adam quickly earned his Real Estate License in 2010 and has since built an impressive career. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of individuals and families buy and sell properties across beautiful British Columbia.

What Adam loves most about his work is the relationships he builds with his clients. His mission is to create “clients for life” who are excited to work with him again and recommend him to their closest friends and family. Known for his responsiveness, professionalism, and mastery of his craft, Adam is a results-driven realtor who gets the job done.

Beyond his work with clients, Adam is passionate about improving the real estate industry. He regularly leads educational sessions for fellow realtors and was proud to be awarded "Mentor of the Year" at Engel & Völkers Vancouver in 2024.

In addition to his real estate sales expertise, Adam has a wealth of experience investing in, and managing rental properties, along with navigating the intricacies of those relationships. When he is not working, Adam enjoys quality time with his wife, three daughters, and their dog. You might find him skiing, hiking, fishing, or boating.

Michelle assists the ATEAM with any and all things administration. She has experience with real estate conveyance, staging, client event planning, human resources, bookkeeping, and she keeps our team organized. Michelle comes from a background of healthcare office management. What she enjoys most about working in real estate is helping families and using the label maker.

RJ Precilla is a versatile entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning across industries such as industrial laundry, media production, and real estate. A graduate of De La Salle University Manila, RJ earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in TV and Film Production, which laid the foundation for his career in both media and business.

RJ’s interest in real estate began in 2008, with his first investment in a small studio condominium in the heart of Metro Manila's central business district. This venture marked the beginning of a successful real estate portfolio that now spans from Metro Manila to the province of Tarlac, where RJ’s first commercial development stands. The development, boasting over 200,000+ square feet of leasable space, is a thriving hub of essential businesses and government satellite offices, serving the local community.

As RJ relocates to Vancouver, he brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. His dedication to building communities and creating lasting value makes him excited to contribute to Vancouver’s real estate landscape and continue fostering meaningful connections with clients and partners.
